Chiropractic Care
While chiropractic care is commonly associated with back and neck pain relief, it’s a way to assess the body’s health and healing capacity by looking at nerve system function.
Yes, chiropractors work with the bones in the back, but Chiropractic care focuses on addressing the brain and nervous system, which control every muscle, cell, and tissue in the body.

The brain sends messages down your spinal cord, out the bones of your back via the nerves, to every muscle, cell, tissue, and organ in your body. As long as those messages can travel and get from the brain to all parts of your body, and back up to the brain again, your body can heal itself.
This communication loop needs to be free and clear of any interference. When there's interference in the nervous system, the body cannot function properly or adapt to life's stressors: physical, chemical, and emotional. It is the accumulation of these life stressors, the toxins, the traumas, and terrible thoughts that will layer and interfere with the way our brain communicates with the body.
As soon as our brain cannot adapt to these life stressors, it creates a subluxation in the nerve system, which prevents, or interferes with, the body healing itself. Things start to go on a different trajectory, and if left there long enough, it can have devastating effects on health. Symptoms, pain, and even diseases can occur.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Korenic looks for these interferences. After locating them, she works to release those subluxations and create a better connection from the brain to the body, so that the body can self-heal.
The ArthroStim Instrument, a handheld machine, aids in performing adjustments. This powerful tool delivers 12-14 incremental thrusts per second, far stronger and faster than the typical single thrust administered by a chiropractor. By dividing the energy of a single thrust into rapid successive inputs, the ArthroStim Instrument modulates the force your physician applies in treatment, but in a much more comfortable and effective manner.
This method uses drop tables to mobilize areas and release subluxations, effectively assessing the body.
When a manual reset or release of the nervous system is required, this method is employed to move the bones.
This instrument-based tonal technique removes subluxation and is used to increase or decrease tone, or create better communication between the brain and the body.
For those seeking a lighter force adjustment, this instrument-based method is ideal, as it uses gentle force to adjust.
